BEN CORNISH
Ben found a love for hot yoga with his very first class. After just 6 months of daily practice, he began his Yoga Teacher Training right here in Toronto, and completed additional training in Yin Yoga in Vancouver. Ben now teaches a high-energy variety of classes at some of the most popular hot yoga and fitness studios in the city, with styles such as Power Yoga, Yin & Restore, HIIT and group fitness, and specialty classes like Barre and Kickboxing fitness.

JACLYN GHANNOUM
After a few years of her own practice, she decided to undergo her first teacher training of 200 hours in Goa, India. Since then she has continued her education in the movement space adding different modalities like Hot/Cold Exposure, Pilates, Reformer, Mediation, Breathwork and more. Jacklyn’s deep passions are creating a safe space for people to practice in, and building community.

NATALIE VON TEICHMAN
Natalie is a certified meditation & mindfulness teacher, she has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Following in the footsteps of her Guru, Dunncan Parvianinen, she teaches a combination of Power and Vinnyasa yoga with music that penetrates deep within. She is the founder of a company called Miindfully that supports teaching children and caregivers about “mental Fitness”

STELLA AZZOPARDI
Stella is a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual, serving as a certified HIIT Hot Pilates/Pilates instructor during the day and recording artist by night. She specializes in delivering uplifting, high-energy classes that leave her clients feeling invigorated and smiling, having worked up a satisfying sweat. The energy Stella brings to her classes is palpable, a veteran of HIIT Hot Pilates at a young age with her journey beginning at the age of 14. She is a standout instructor and individual.

SEEMA MISTRY
Seema has owned her own studio in the past and has taught in Canada and Australia where she worked more intensely with chiropractors.
She is educated specifically in breathwork, fascial work and the lymphatic system which she incorporates into her classes. She is trained in many modalities and is always keen on keeping up to date with health and wellness. Her goal is to help people age with their health and strength intact so they always feel empowered for all the years to come.

ALEX PAREDES
Alex completed his Bikram yoga training in spring of 2010 in Las Vegas, after personally practicing for 4 years. He came to Canada from Mexico back in 2005 and loves being here in Toronto. He currently has extended his training and is versed in multiple modalities and loves to explore sharing his teachings in his classes which range from yoga, pilates, and much more. Known for his high energy classes, upbeat music and his signature whistling will definitely give you a boost of energy.

Sharing her love of yoga and mindfulness through connection of community lights her up! With a Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and Power Yoga Canada (YTT-200) certifications Leanne has been teaching in our community for years and strives to create a warm and welcoming space for every student. Whether it’s your first class or you have been practicing for years. She is excited to have you join her on the mat!

As a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping individuals connect with their bodies and minds through yoga. Christie’s teaching style is focused on growth, both physically and mentally, she prides herself on creating a safe and supportive environment for all of her students. In her classes, you will feel challenged, inspired and empowered.

Assata is passionately in love with all things fitness! She is a certified fitness professional and wellness consultant and she has been working in the corporate and commercial fitness industry for more than 10 years. Graduating with a B.A. from the University of Toronto and a postgraduate diploma in workplace wellness and health promotion, Assata has made a career of helping others meet their fitness and wellness goals.

Zalie is a group class instructor specializing in HIIT, Strength, Barbell Training, HIIT Pilates, Hyrox and Corporate Events. Zalie has an energy that lifts up the room and a gravity that pulls people in from the moment she walks into the classroom. With a deep love for everything fitness, she enjoys taking part in classes herself and enjoys travelling to participate in races and competitions from triathlons, to running, to CrossFit, to Hyrox. Zalie enjoys moving in different modalities and brings all her different expertise into her programming. In her class expect bumping tunes, fun & challenging sequences and her infectious energy.
