Absolutely nothing! All you need to do is show up! Everything from, B. Mat yoga mats, B. Mat yoga towels, props, are all provided for you. Your first class we’ll provide you with complimentary yoga mat towels upgrade. All you need to bring is water.

Come as early as you’d like and enjoy the lounge area, infused waters, teas and wifi. Don’t have time for that? We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
If you show up later than the class time, you may not be able to join the class and will lose your class credit or be charged $15 late cancel fee for unlimited passes. No exceptions.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for our classes. If you don’t cancel before that window, you will either lose a class from your class pack or if you have an unlimited membership you’ll be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
We are located on Bayview with free street parking until 9am. The studio is surrounded by plenty of side streets with free parking around the clock. Green P parking is $2.25 per hour after 9am.
